Maya Siregar

Maya Siregar is the current head of people at Akar Inti Teknologi. Maya has previously worked as a VP talent management head at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk from April 2020 to July 2021. From June 2015 to April 2020, they were an AVP HR business partner at CIMB Niaga where they were part of the transformation strategy office, treasury, and capital market. Prior to that, they worked as an HRBP at HSBC from July 2014 to June 2015. Maya started their career in HR as an HRBP at Citi from June 2008 to June 2014.

Maya Siregar has a Master of Business Management from Binus Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from BINUS University.
