Hakan Şahin

Hakan Şahin has extensive experience in the field of database administration and software development, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a DB2 for z/OS Administrator at Akbank since July 2002, Hakan is responsible for maintaining 24/7 uptime for banking applications and performing software installations. Previous roles at Akbank include Senior Integration Developer and Call Center Application Development Specialist, where Hakan focused on middleware integration and front-end banking functions. Earlier in the career, Hakan worked as an IT Officer at the Turkey Ministry Of National Defense-ASAL, a Software Engineer at DATASEL A.Ş., and a Programmer at Likom Yazılım. Hakan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Ege University, earned in 1999.
