Semih Dilmen

Semih Dilmen currently serves as the Chief Information Risk Officer at Akbank, where responsibilities include leading the Information Risk Management Office and reporting directly to the Board of Directors. With extensive experience in information security management, cybersecurity monitoring, and fraud risk management, Semih also holds the position of Board Member at Stablex since May 2023. Previously, Semih was the Head of Information Security Risk at HSBC from January 2004 to June 2017, where leadership involved implementing security policies and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Semih's earlier roles include Manager of Midrange Systems at HSBC and Systems and Network Manager at Boyner Grup, along with being the Chief Technology Officer at Gem-Data Consultancy. Semih started the career as a System Administrator at Koç University after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
