Robert Moran

Robert Moran, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert most recently worked at Akebia Therapeutics, where they held various roles in corporate finance, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to that, they worked at IDEMIA as a Senior Financial Analyst for four years. At IDEMIA, they were responsible for developing cost models, streamlining quotation processes, and overseeing budgeting and financial analysis. Robert also gained experience in wealth management as a Wealth Management Intern at Merrill Lynch. Additionally, Robert has interned at Converse, Principle Profits Asset Management, Umass Finance Society, and Minutemen Equity Fund, where they gained valuable skills in sales, equity research, public relations, and lead analysis in the energy sector. Overall, Robert brings a strong background in finance and a diverse skill set to their work.

Robert Moran, CFA obtained a B.B.A. in Investments and Corporate Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2012. Robert also earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the same year. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Special Needs Advisor certification from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in March 2012 and a Leadership Certificate from eCornell in December 2016. Most recently, in August 2022, they became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute.
