Carolin Herbert has work experience in various roles and companies. In addition, Carolin Herbert had a work and travel experience abroad and worked as a Bürokauffrau at antwerpes ag, where they organized events and provided customer consulting.

Carolin Herbert completed their education at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Management & Online Business. Prior to that, they attended the IHK from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree as an Office Clerk in Business Administration and Management. In addition, Carolin Herbert also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
