Richard H. has a diverse range of work experience in instructional design, training, and education. Richard currently works at Akeneo as an Instructional Designer & Education Lead for the Americas. Prior to this, they worked at Medallia as an Instructional Designer & Trainer, where they developed an education strategy, created a certification program, and delivered training content to enterprise clients. Richard also worked at Learning Pool as an Account Executive, Sprint as a Corporate Trainer, Samsung Electronics America as a Territory Training Manager, and AT&T as a Business Consultant.

Richard H. holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Arizona State University, as well as a second Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Learning Design from the same institution. Richard also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Communications with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Furthermore, Richard has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Web Technologies from Anne Arundel Community College. Additionally, they have obtained the Medallia Product Certification - Analyst I from Medallia in October 2021.
