Serdar Koyuncu

Serdar Koyuncu has extensive experience in power trading and asset optimization. Serdar is currently working as the Head of Power Trading at Akenerji since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Asset Optimization and Trading at EMBA Energy Elektrik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi from August 2021 to June 2022. Serdar also worked as a Senior Trader at Enerjisa Üretim from November 2019 to September 2021, and as a Power Trader at ENERGO-PRO from February 2019 to November 2019. Serdar's career also includes roles in sales and marketing at Metcap Energy Group from December 2016 to February 2019, and as a Commercial Manager/Power Trader at Actael İstanbul Enerji Pazarlama A.Ş. from April 2012 to January 2016. Serdar started their career as an Analyst at ETRM in February 2012.

Serdar Koyuncu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Middle East Technical University. Serdar also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Energy, Natural Resources, and the Environment at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2009 to 2011.
