Andrew Rawlinson

Andrew Rawlinson is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in operations and production geology across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Geologist at Aker BP ASA since May 2019, Andrew specializes in well planning and the delivery of exploration and development wells in the Norwegian North Sea. Prior roles include Operations Geologist at IGas Energy plc, focusing on appraisal drilling in the Bowland Shale, and Senior Production Geologist at Petroleum Development Oman, where Andrew led projects in the Qata and Qaharir oil fields. Previous experience also encompasses development and well planning within Oryx Petroleum and senior geological roles at Providence Resources Plc. Andrew holds an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, University of London, and a B.Sc. in Geology from The University of Manchester.
