Anne Solhaug

Anne Solhaug currently serves as the Data Operation Manager - Transformation at Aker BP ASA since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anne accumulated extensive experience at ConocoPhillips from January 2014 to March 2023, holding various positions including Project Lead for Remote Operations, where responsibilities included managing change processes and ensuring safe implementation across offshore and onshore operations; Project Integration Manager, focused on on/offshore project collaboration; and Technical Advisor for Partner Operated Assets, emphasizing relationship development with license partners and representing ConocoPhillips' interests in technical matters. Anne also worked as Deputy Joint Venture Manager and Director of Plant & Equipment Information, enhancing information integrity across operations. Earlier career experiences include serving as Lead Structural Engineer at Aker Kværner Offshore Partner AS and Project Engineer at BNO Rådgivende Ingeniører AS. Anne holds a Master's degree in Offshore Technology from Høgskolen i Stavanger.
