Eamon Condon

Eamon Condon is a seasoned professional in the drilling and wells sector, currently serving as VP Drilling & Wells - Alliance Support Team at Aker BP ASA since December 2016. In this role, Eamon is responsible for all Alliance support for three high-profile Drilling and Wells Alliances and has developed the Alliance Support Team. Previously, Eamon held various managerial positions at bp from September 1991 to December 2016, including Well Operations Manager in Norway and Director of Contractor Management for Global Wells Organisation, where Eamon led the development of BP's Global Deepwater Rigs Strategy. Eamon's expertise spans commercial management, strategic procurement, and operational leadership, notably during key integrations and performance improvement initiatives. Eamon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University College Dublin and has completed multiple leadership development programs at prestigious institutions like INSEAD and London Business School.
