Jeroen Nijhof

Jeroen Nijhof is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at eCOM Investments AS and NESA Energy LLC, along with holding the position of Sr Drilling Engineer at Aker BP ASA since April 2021. His extensive experience at bp from 2005 to 2021 includes roles such as Onshore Wells Superintendent and Offshore Sr Wellsite Leader, where significant contributions were made to the Azeri, Chirag, and Gunashli fields. Previously, Jeroen held various engineering and supervisory roles at Wintershall Dea, specializing in wellsite drilling in Libya. Jeroen holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Drilling and Production Technology from Noorder Haaks Den Helder.
