Girisha Adiga

Girisha Adiga has extensive work experience in the engineering field. From 2002 to 2005, Girisha worked as a Mechanical/Planning Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited. From 2005 to 2011, Girisha joined L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited as a Deputy Manager, handling Project Controls and Project Engineering. Since 2011, Girisha is employed at Aker Solutions as a Principal Engineer in Project Engineering.

Girisha Adiga completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Oil & Gas Management from UPES in the years 2017-2020. Earlier, they pursued an engineering degree in Mechanical field of study at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. In addition to their formal education, Girisha also obtained several certifications, including Agile Leadership: Introduction to Change from the University of Colorado Boulder, 21st Century Energy Transition: how do we make it work? from the University of Alberta, Engineering Project Management from Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, and Self Awareness and the Effective Leader also from Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, all in the year 2023.
