Henrik Inadomi

Henrik Inadomi was appointed head of legal, compliance and safeguarding in August 2021. The Norwegian has extensive experience in petroleum and energy law and projects. Before joining Aker Solutions, Inadomi was senior vice president Corporate Support and General Counsel in Kvaerner, managing the legal and compliance function and supporting business development, tenders, projects, and other strategic and operational tasks. Inadomi’s experience also includes general counsel and company secretary in Qatar Aluminium Limited and legal counsel in Norsk Hydro. He graduated from the University of Oslo in 2001, holds a PhD in law, and a LL.M. in international economic and business law from the Kyushu University, Japan. Inadomi held 257,924 company shares and had no share options as of August 1, 2021.
