Katja Eggen has a diverse work experience in organizational development and process design. They have held roles at various companies including Aker Solutions, Lent AS, Oslo Origo - Byrådsavdelingen for Finans (Government Administration), Oslo kommune, Utviklings- og kompetanseetaten, Subsea Business Area (Aker Solutions), Aker Kvaerner, MI (Norwegian Mercantile College), Sølvpilen prosjektdesign, and Statoil. Their roles have included responsibilities such as leading organizational development teams, driving initiatives for change and sustainable energy production, developing and delivering strategic initiatives, designing and implementing change management processes, facilitating workshops and programs, coaching leaders, and developing new professional services.
Katja Eggen received a Bachelor's degree in Process-, project & business design from KAOSPILOT in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Candidatur Magesterii (Cand. Mag) in Social Sciences at the University of Oslo from 1994 to 1999. In 2010, they obtained a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) degree in Coaching from the CTI (Coaches Training Institute) in Norway/US.
