Jennifer Koch

As Senior Vice President of Sequoia’s Human Resources department, Jennifer is primarily focused on the development, engagement and productivity of our employees, which in turn creates value for our clients and shareholders. The firm has a strong foundation of core HR processes and capabilities in place and her role is to build on this success and create sustainable programs to support future growth of the organization and our employees. Jennifer's approach is to seek broad based input on what areas need focus and how she can best achieve our firm goals related to HR programs.
