Tessa Raum, Chartered FCIPD, has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Tessa is currently the Chief People Officer at Aker Systems, where they are responsible for building and delivering the people strategy for a fast-growing tech company. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Colt Technology Services, leading the HR department and providing partnership to the business in developing strategic plans. Tessa has also held the position of VP, Head of People Experience (Chief People Officer) at eMoney Advisor, where they were responsible for driving the complete people strategy for a rapidly scaling tech company. Tessa has further experience as the Senior Manager of Corporate HR at Dollar Financial Group and as the Drama Guild Director at Great Valley Drama Guild. Tessa has built the HR function from the ground up as the Manager of Human Resources at Beyond.com and has also worked in various HR roles at AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.).

Tessa Raum, Chartered FCIPD, holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University, which they completed between 2003 and 2005. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Psychology from the same university, graduating in 2003. Tessa also has additional certifications, including Chartered Fellow from CIPD, which they obtained in March 2022, and Everything DiSC Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, which they achieved in April 2018.
