Andrea Fisher is a seasoned Corporate M&A Partner at Akerman LLP, where significant experience is dedicated to overseeing a team of attorneys in offering strategic legal counsel on complex middle market transactions. These include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, among others, spanning various sectors such as aviation, healthcare, and real estate. Prior to Akerman LLP, Andrea held roles as a Corporate Associate at Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. and as a Tax Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Andrea holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with honors from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and also completed a Finance degree with high honors at the University of Florida.
