Donna Altman

Donna Altman has extensive experience in user support and client services, currently serving as the Director of User Support at Akerman LLP since January 2015. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Senior User Support Manager at the same firm. Donna spent over two years at Fiserv Lending Solutions as the Director of Implementations and previously worked at Fiserv in various capacities, including Client Services Director and Call Center Manager. Donna holds a degree from the University of Central Florida.
