Benjamin E. Akuma

Benjamin E. Akuma, MBA, serves as the Associate Director of User Support Services at The College of New Jersey, managing Help Desk operations and overseeing IT support staff while providing critical support to various divisions within the institution. With a rich background in IT, Akuma has excelled in several roles, including Information Technology Support Manager and Specialist, where expertise in managing service tickets and providing tiered support has been key.
