Michelle LaGrutta has held a variety of roles in the marketing and demand generation space since 2018. In 2018, they began their career as a Customer Success Marketer at ERPLY Retail Platform, where they were responsible for creating content to increase upsells, improve client retention, educate clients on product functionality, and increase brand awareness. In 2020, they moved to Harri, where they served as a Demand Generation and Sales Enablement Manager, building high-performing content calendars to enhance demand gen campaigns, support GTM strategies, and contribute to revenue growth. In 2022, they joined The Starr Conspiracy as a B2B Demand Generation Manager, developing and executing paid media strategies to drive ROI, generate high-quality and cost-effective leads, and build brand awareness across multiple work tech clients. Michelle also joined Akerna Corp. in 2022 as a Demand Generation Manager.

Michelle LaGrutta attended Marist College from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies with a concentration in Interactive Media & Game Design, and a Minor in Public Relations.
