Candace Bonnis

Candace Bonnis has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare and airline industries. Candace began their career in 2007 as a Flight Attendant for Skybus Airlines. In 2008, they joined CommuniCare Health Services as a Concierge/ Admissions & Social Services Assistant and Compliance Program Director. In 2015, they were appointed Vice President of Compliance at ConcertoHealth. From 2018 to 2020, they were Vice President of Compliance and Privacy at MiraMed: A Global Services Company. In 2020, they joined Humana as an Associate Director of Compliance and Manager of Compliance. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Compliance and Privacy Officer at Akido Labs.

Candace Bonnis received a Bachelor of Arts - BA from The Ohio State University. Candace is also certified in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board.
