Nathalie Tabourier

Nathalie Tabourier is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at Akiem since July 2022, Nathalie previously held the position of HR Manager at CHARMANT Group, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of 120 employees in an international environment. Nathalie's expertise encompasses recruitment, personnel administration, payroll management, and social relations. Prior to these roles, Nathalie contributed to various organizations, including a volunteer HR support role during the Covid-19 crisis and a multi-site HR Manager position at SCO. Educationally, Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Groupe IGS and is pursuing another Master's degree in Management of Human Resources and Organizations at ESAM School.
