Saim Akif, CPA, CFA, CAMS, Author has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Saim began their career in 2008 as a Manager at Ernst & Young. In 2014, they moved to Kinder Morgan as Rates - Regulatory. In 2017, they joined AKIF CPA as Director. Most recently, they have been Senior Vice President - North America at ServTec since 2018.

Saim Akif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, which they obtained in 2008 after studying Accounting and Finance from 2003 to 2008. Saim has also obtained four additional certifications: CFA from the CFA Institute in November 2018, CPA from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in August 2018, CAMS from ACAMS in July 2018, and Realtor® from the Texas Real Estate Commission in January 2018.
