Dudley Griffith

Dudley Griffith has extensive experience in human resources. Dudley is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Akin, where they oversee workforce planning and collaborates with senior leaders to shape talent strategy. Prior to this, Dudley served as the Human Resources Director and later as the Human Resources Manager at Childhaven, where they oversaw HR operations and staff development programs. Dudley also worked as a Human Resources Administrator and Assistant at Bridges International, Inc, where they assisted with onboarding, recruitment, and payroll processing. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Analyst at King County, WA, where they led recruitment efforts and ensured compliance with payroll and HR regulations. Earlier in their career, Dudley worked as a Second Cook at Universal Orlando Resort and as an HR Administrator and Advertising Agent at Bubbly Baby.

Dudley Griffith completed a Professional Master's of Science in Management of HR at the University of Central Florida from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in October 2018.
