Olivier Silberstein has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1991 with CSEE - CS TELECOM as an Account Executive. Olivier then moved to AT&T - LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES - AVAYA in 1995 as an Account Executive for Large/Strategic Accounts. In 1997, they joined Genesys as a Worldwide Channel Director, with responsibilities for partners global revenue target, recruitment of new software partners, joint external marketing programs, sales enablement, and sales and technical training programs. In 2010, they became Global Alliance Director at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, responsible for NextiraOne Europe global revenue target, defining and implementing joint business plans across Europe, and improving business operation efficiency. In 2012, they became Country Manager at Interactive Intelligence. In 2021, they joined TimeTonic as Vice President Of Worldwide Sales. Olivier is currently Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at AKIO since 2022.
