Eric Levy began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service/ Online Marketing Coordinator at Bell Ranger. Eric then moved to Fitzpatrick Advertising in 2012 as an Account Executive. In 2013, Eric took on the role of Director of Online Media and Sales at RZ Apparel. In 2016, they joined Lightbend, Inc. as a Senior Account Development Representative, where they achieved 170% quota achievement for 8 straight months and sourced over $6,245,718 in total pipeline. Eric then moved to a Senior Customer Success Manager role, where they were the first CSM ever at Lightbend and helped to establish a cadence for how all future Customer Success Managers will work with their customers. Eric oversaw full lifecycle management of over 75 worldwide accounts including over 20 Fortune 500 companies, and onboarded new customers and identified customer needs, challenges, risks and overall goals.

Eric Levy attended Augusta State University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Management, Communications, and Business. Eric also attended The University of Alabama from 2004 to 2006. No additional certifications were obtained.
