Michael Nash

Michael Nash has over 38 years of work experience in the software industry. Michael began their career in 1982 as the Founder and Principle Consultant for Michael Nash Computer Services. In 1996, they became the President and Principle Consultant for Regis Limited, where they led the design and development of a suite of international accounting applications. From 1999 to 2001, they were the President and Principle Consultant for JCorporate Limited, and led the development of the Expresso open-source web application development framework and component library. In 2006, they provided consulting and software services to Semantra, Inc. as an Agile Technologist Consultant. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Director of Technology for Point2 Technologies, and then the Technical Team Lead for Yardi Systems, Inc. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director of Capabilities for Lightbend, and is currently the VP of Engineering Operations.

Michael Nash attended Mount Saint Agnes High School from 1969 to 1982, where they earned a High School (HS) degree in Academic. Michael then attended Acadia University from 1982 to 1985, studying Computer Science.
