Maaike Louwrier

Maaike Louwrier has diverse work experience in HR management, people partnership, team coaching, project management, and administrative roles. Maaike is currently working as an HR Manager at Aknostic since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a People Partner at VIE People | B Corp Certified from June 2022 to January 2023. Maaike's previous experience includes roles as a Teamcoach and Projectleider at MediQuest from November 2017 to January 2022, and as a Medewerker afdeling Patiëntveiligheid en Kwaliteit and Medisch secretaresse diverse verpleegafdelingen at Diakonessenhuis from March 2012 to January 2013 and June 2008 to January 2013, respectively. Maaike also completed a marketing and communication internship at CNV Vakmensen from September 2009 to January 2010.

Maaike Louwrier attended Revius Lyceum from 2000 to 2006, earning a VWO degree in Culture & Society. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam from 2006 to 2010. Maaike then continued their education at the same university to obtain a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org in April 2017 and Leidinggeven aan projecten from ICM in February 2015.
