SVP, Environmental & Land Use Planning at AKRF

Ed’s long and successful career has included work on some of the most prominent large-scale initiatives in the New York metropolitan area.

He managed environmental impact analyses for numerous complex development projects sponsored by both private sector applicants and public agencies. Notable projects for which he directed the environmental review include the American Museum of Natural History’s Gilder Center Expansion and Rose Center, Con Edison Midtown East/First Avenue Properties Redevelopment, Hudson River Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, USTA National Tennis Center Master Plan, Citi Field, Cornell Tech, and the New York University 2031 Core Expansion.

Ed previously served as AKRF’s President and CEO.
