Natalie Gitersonke, M.A., SHRM-CP has a wide range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Most recently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Akridge starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BayFirst as the VP, Human Resources Manager from August 2022 to September 2023, an AVP, Human Resources Manager from September 2020 to August 2022, and as an HR Business Partner from July 2019 to August 2020. Natalie gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Thornburg Investment Management from May 2016 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Sandia Resort & Casino from September 2015 to May 2016. Natalie also served as a Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch from April 2012 to September 2015. Natalie began their career as a Human Resources & Payroll Consultant at Paycom from October 2011 to April 2012.

Natalie Gitersonke, M.A., SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2009. In 2013, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at Webster University, which they completed in 2015. In June 2017, Natalie obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the institution known as SHRM.
