Nikhil Bhat Inanjai

Nikhil Bhat Inanjai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nikhil Bhat started their career in 2010 as a Production Trainee at VIVIMED LABS LTD, where they gained experience in Six Sigma methodologies. Nikhil Bhat then worked as an Assistant Manager in PPIC before moving on to Victory Electricals Limited in 2010, where they served as a Manager in Operations for five years. In 2015, Nikhil joined Akrivia HCM as the Head of Business Development, responsible for sales activities and closing complex solution opportunities involving SAS Solutions. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations at Akrivia HCM.

Nikhil Bhat Inanjai completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2007. Nikhil Bhat then pursued a Masters degree in Manufacturing and Systems Engineering from Texas Tech University, which they completed in 2009. Currently, Nikhil is furthering their education by pursuing a PGDM in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
