Sridhar Kapavarapu

Sridhar Kapavarapu is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Akrivia HCM since January 2023, previously contributing as a Scrum Master at PropertyLoop from October 2021 to December 2022. With a solid background in project management, Sridhar served as Project Manager at VAS Technologies for over 14 years, managing diverse clientele including DeeCee Security Systems and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. Prior to this, Sridhar worked as an Engineer R&D at Skyworks Solutions, focusing on high-performance analog and mixed signal semiconductors, and as a Network Engineer at Sify Technologies, where responsibilities included network administration and monitoring. Sridhar holds a Master of Science in Mobile and Communication Networks from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St. Joseph's College of Engineering.
