Natalie Frantz has been working in the YMCA organization since August 2012. In their current role as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Akron Area YMCA, Natalie supports the CEO in various administrative tasks. Additionally, Natalie also serves as the Youth Enrichment Director. Prior to this, Natalie held roles as Group Supervisor and Site Director at Greater Philadelphia YMCA. Natalie graduated from Temple University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development and Community Engagement.
