Axel Hosea Soentadjaja has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles.

Axel Hosea started their professional career in 2017 as the President of the Student Council at SMAK PENABUR Summarecon Bekasi, where they were responsible for managing the organization and coordinating various school events. Axel Hosea also served as the President of the Annual Event School, organizing a successful event that showcased the talents of middle and high school students.

In 2019, Axel became the President of the Bhinneka Indonesian Student Association at UCSI University. In this role, they led a team of 22 committee members and organized monthly events and activities to enhance the university experience for Indonesian students. Axel Hosea also served as the Sponsorship Indonesian Student Association, contributing to the organization's financial stability.

Axel then pursued internships in different companies. As a Business Development and Digital Partnership Intern at OS HRS in 2021, they conducted market research on the ASEAN market and identified key competitors. Axel Hosea also worked as a Strategic Planning Intern at Tune Protect Group in 2022, where they conducted in-depth analysis of the insurance and insurtech industries.

In 2023, Axel joined Ethis as an Investment Intern, where they conducted due diligence for companies seeking funding. Currently, they are serving as a Corporate Finance Executive at Akseleran.

In addition to their work experiences, Axel was also a member of the UCSI Student Volunteerism Programme, where they contributed to training and development initiatives.

Axel Hosea Soentadjaja completed their Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science at UCSI from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from SMAK PENABUR Summarecon Bekasi, completing their studies between 2016 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Axel has received several certifications, including Accounting Fundamentals and Corporate Finance Fundamentals from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in March 2023. Axel Hosea also completed The Complete Financial Analyst Training & Investing Course from Udemy in February 2023. Axel has further enhanced their skills with certifications in Data Visualization in Power BI and Introduction to Power BI from DataCamp, Business Analysis Foundations and Develop Your Strategic Planning Skills from LinkedIn, Investment Risk Management from Coursera, Python for Financial Analysis and Algorithmic Trading and Microsoft Excel-Excel from Beginner to Advanced from Udemy, Digital Marketing Fundamental from IIDE - Indian Institute of Digital Education, and Exam Financial mathematics from the Society of Actuaries, all obtained between 2021 and 2023.
