Esther Elkaim

Esther Elkaim is currently the Service Operations Manager at AKT Human Capital Solutions, leading the team that provides LHH Active Placement services in Israel. With experience in various HR roles at Philip Morris International, M.H.Eliashar Distribution Ltd., and Max Employment, Esther has a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee learning and development. Esther holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Behaviour Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
