Head Of Customer Success at AKT Global

Idit Goldfisher has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2016 onwards, they served as the Head of Customer Success at AKT Human Capital Solutions, where they managed customer accounts, led the Customer Support Global teams, and oversaw customer activities. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Engagement Executive at AKT. In 2014, they were the Partner & Italy Country Manager at TheWandering.net, where they handled all projects and activities in Italy related to museums, schools, universities, heritage sites, and municipalities. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at EL AL Israel Airlines, fulfilling multiple responsibilities such as project management, coordinating executive assistant tasks, and managing personnel activities. Their earlier experience includes positions at Radware, Radcom, and ECI Telecom, where they held various project management and account management roles in sales and marketing.

Idit Goldfisher completed their education in a chronological order. Idit first attended Tel Aviv University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Idit then pursued further education at Tel Aviv University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from 1999 to 2003. In 2008, they attended Tel Aviv University again, this time completing a Diploma program in Mediation, Negotiation, and Conflict Management.
