David W. Costa

David W. Costa, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. David currently holds the position of Customer Success Director at Aktana, a role they started in October 2023. Prior to this, David worked as a Customer Success Manager at Tact.ai from February 2018 until November 2023. David also served as a Senior Principal Success Manager at Salesforce from April 2016 to November 2017 and as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Apttus from May 2015 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, David held various positions at BMC Software, including IT Director from June 2013 to May 2015, Senior Manager from January 2009 to July 2013, and Business System Analyst from November 2004 to December 2009. Before entering the private sector, David worked as a Senior Consultant at DACG from 1998 to 2001. David also has military experience, having served as a Captain in the US Army from July 1994 to July 1997.
