Özlem İlkimen

Özlem İlkimen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Özlem started their career at AloTech İletişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. in 2015 as an Assistant Project Manager. During their time there, they gained experience in project management.

In 2018, Özlem joined Digid Yönetim ve Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. as a Business Analyst. Özlem stayed with the company until 2020, during which they contributed to the analysis of business processes.

Afterwards, they worked at BELBİM Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. as a Digital Channel Management Specialist. From February 2020 to November 2020, they focused on managing and improving the company's digital channels.

Currently, Özlem is employed at Aktif Bank as a Business Analyst starting from December 2021. Their role involves analyzing and identifying business requirements for the bank.

Throughout their career, Özlem has gained expertise in project management, business analysis, and digital channel management.

Özlem İlkimen completed their undergraduate studies at Yeditepe University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technologies. Özlem also obtained several additional certifications, including the ISTQB Foundation Level Certified Tester Course from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2019. In December 2017, they obtained certifications in Boğaziçi Marka Zirvesi from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İşletme ve Ekonomi Kulübü, MS EXCEL from Bilge Adam, Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi - CRM and Yönetim ve Organizasyon from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü, İnovasyon and Networking from Yeditepe Üniversitesi, Satış ve Pazarlama Teknikleri and Zor Müşterilerle Başa Çıkma Teknikleri from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü, and Digital Dönüşüm from Yeditepe Üniversitesi. Furthermore, in January 2017, they received a Certificate of Studies from EC Los Angeles.
