Michael Baudino

Michael Baudino is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Aktio since October 2023. Previously, Michael worked as a Ruby/Rails Developer at Studio HB from September 2020 to October 2023 and was a Core Team Member at Recalbox, contributing to an operating system for retro-gaming from March 2019 to December 2020. Michael co-founded Alpine Lab, where the focus was on building reliable web products in Ruby/Rails from January 2012 to September 2020. Michael also held significant leadership roles at Locale, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing sales, customer success, and product development. Earlier in the career, Michael was the Group IT Director at ACRELEC and has experience in project management and development in various IT domains. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EPITA and a Science Baccalauréat with a focus on Mathematics from Lycee Marlioz.
