Marcin Majcher

Marcin Majcher is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with a career that spans over a decade. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Aktion Mensch e.V. since February 2020, Marcin has previously held roles as an Expert in Customer Care and Customer Experience Management at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Concepts, and as a Product Owner for CRM at Media-Saturn.
