Carla Anthony

Carla Anthony has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Carla is currently the Deputy Director of the Office of Human Resources at the City and County of Denver since September 2023. Prior to this, Carla has held several leadership positions in different organizations, including Vice President of Human Resources at Aktiv Pharma Group since May 2023, Director of Human Resources at the Department of Public Safety, City and County of Denver since April 2021, and Vice President of Human Resources and Learning at UDR - Opening Doors to your future from February 2019 until April 2021. Carla also served as a Director of Human Resources at MasTec Advanced Technologies from July 2018 to March 2019, at Colorado Department of Human Services from June 2016 to July 2018, and at Western Union from May 2014 to June 2016. Carla's earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Gambro Renal Products/Baxter Healthcare from March 2008 to April 2014, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Denver Public Schools from June 2007 to March 2008. Additionally, Carla has served as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Denver since April 2021.

Carla Anthony has an MBA degree from San Diego State University and a BSBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Kent State University. Carla has also obtained additional certifications in "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn and as a Certified Coach - Voices 360 from Korn Ferry.
