Ajay S. Ramachandran

Ajay Ramachandran is the COO and Head of Technology at Aktrea, where Ajay leads the technology team to enhance employee learning, engagement, and connectivity. Prior to this role, Ajay worked as a Solutions Architect at ROC IT Solutions, focusing on Track and Trace solutions. Ajay also has experience as a Senior Consultant Engineer at Blue Vector Systems and as a Software Design Engineer at Microsoft, where Ajay worked on various technologies. Ajay holds a MS degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
