Gang Wang has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Most recently, Gang worked as the Head of Customer Service at Akulaku since August 2021. Prior to that, Gang served as the Operation Manager of Customer Experience at Shenzhen Rui Rui from June 2019 to July 2021. Before that, Gang held the position of Operations Manager at TDCX from October 2017 to March 2019. Gang's earliest known work experience is as a Microsoft Crisis Manager at Concentrix, where they worked from July 2013 to September 2017.

Gang Wang obtained an Associate's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Xi'an Fanyi University from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Gang Wang attended the International University College of Technology and acquired a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
