Stian Paulsen

Stian Paulsen began their work experience in 2005 as a Process Operator at Skretting. Stian worked in this role until 2006, and then returned to Skretting in 2007 as a Process Operator once again. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Salgskonsulent Landbaserte fôr and held this position until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as Salgsleder Region Sør. In 2019, they became a Sales Manager at Skretting. Currently, Stian Paulsen holds the role of Director Account Management - Sea based Nordic at AKVA group, which they started in June 2023.

Stian Paulsen began their education in 2015 at Mercuri International, where they studied Account Management. Stian then moved on to BI Norwegian Business School in 2016 and completed their studies in 2019, focusing on Market Economics. In 2019, Stian Paulsen joined the TIAS School for Business and Society to participate in the JUMP - Leadership program, which they completed in 2020.
