Hanna Yankina

Hanna Yankina is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Akvelon, Inc. since October 2024, Hanna also acts as an HR & Recruitment Coach at Hillel IT School, where an online course for IT Recruiters has been authored, successfully aiding over 70 students in entering the profession. Previously, as a Recruitment Manager at Proxet, significant market expansion into Poland was achieved with a 50% reduction in hiring costs. Roles at GoIT Polska as a Career Advisor, DataArt as a Hiring Manager and Resource Manager, Star as a Recruiting and HR Specialist, and other positions have contributed to a strong track record in recruitment process optimization and team management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Wroclaw and a Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from the National Aviation University, complemented by studies at Heidelberg University.
