Franky Li

Franky Li is an accomplished professional in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) with a robust background in engineering and humanitarian response. Currently serving as a Technical Reviewer for Global Affairs Canada at SALASAN Consulting Inc. since April 2021 and as a WASH and Data Specialist at Akvo since October 2019, Franky has held key leadership roles including Technical Director of WASH and Health at Global Communities and WASH Cluster Co-Lead for International Medical Corps in Syria. With experience managing WASH projects in conflict and developing regions, Franky has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, coordination, and implementing innovative solutions in water resource management. Educational credentials include a Master of Applied Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
