Benjamin Herne

Benjamin Herne currently serves as a Council Member for the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe since July 2018 and has been the Manager of Entertainment and Promotions at Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort since October 2013, where responsibilities include developing and implementing promotional strategies and coordinating entertainment. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Chairman of the Board at Tewáthahón:ni Corporation from July 2019 to December 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, a Certificate in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from St. Lawrence College, and ongoing studies towards an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration at North Country Community College.
