Tiffany Horne DSL-c, MAHS, PMP, CSM, LSSBB

Tiffany Horne has a diverse work experience in various positions. In their current role as Head of Program Management at Akytech Consulting LLC, they are responsible for leading the program management function for MEDCOM. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Client Engagement at SANDHURST-AEC, LLC, where they developed and implemented strategies to enhance employee and customer satisfaction, oversaw civic engagement initiatives, and created volunteer programs for employees. Before joining SANDHURST-AEC, they served as Senior Program Management at Defense Health Agency, managing a multi-million budget for the Facilities Enterprise and analyzing program data to identify strengths and weaknesses. Tiffany Horne holds a diverse education history. Tiffany obtained a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (DSL) with a specialization in International/Global Studies from Regent University, which lasted from 2022 to 2024.
