Floor Minne

Floor Minne has extensive experience in research and development within the paint industry, particularly at AkzoNobel, where a career spanning over two decades includes roles such as R&D Manager for Decorative Woodcare, Trim and Specialty Paints, and Development Manager for Specialty Coatings targeted at markets such as Aerospace, Automotive, and Consumer Electronics. Previous positions include Project Manager Officer, which involved managing portfolio and project processes, and Group Leader for both RD&I Waterborne Basecoats and RD&I Value Engineering, focusing on innovative product development and financial optimization strategies.
