Joke Gijsen

Joke Gijsen has over three decades of experience in various roles within the AkzoNobel group and its predecessor companies. Starting as a Customer Service Representative and Logistic Manager at Berol Chemie BV and BerolNobel, Joke Gijsen progressed through roles in sales and credit analysis at Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry BV. Since 2013, Joke Gijsen has held multiple executive assistant positions at AkzoNobel, supporting directors in areas such as Innovation, Marketing, and Finance, showcasing a strong background in administrative support and management. Currently, Joke Gijsen serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Innovation Officer and the R&D Innovation Group, as well as to the Marketing Paints & Coatings division.
